Following closely are Ariana Grande and Dalton Gomez, whose intimate yet glamorous May 2021 wedding continues to fascinate fans.

The ceremony took place at the pop star’s home in Montecito, California, with a minimalist and personal yet elegant theme.

Although the couple are now divorced, the public's admiration for their big day is reflected in average monthly Google searches of 13 708, an Instagram post count of 5 502 and 10 800 291 TikTok views.

In third place are Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas, who maintain their status as a powerful celebrity couple.

Their December 2018 wedding, known for its extravagance and cultural fusion, was held in Jodhpur, India, at the majestic Umaid Bhawan Palace.

“It featured a blend of traditional Indian and Western ceremonies, leaving a lasting impression, reflected in an average monthly search volume of 6 661, an impressive 15 260 Instagram posts, and a TikTok view count of 21 834 909.”

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle secured the fourth spot with their May 2018 royal wedding, a spectacle that captured worldwide attention. Held at St George's Chapel in Windsor Castle.

“Their wedding was a perfect blend of British tradition and modern elements,” researchers said, adding that the couple boasts a national average monthly search volume of 11 329, an Instagram post count of 5 443 and 10 558 200 TikTok views.

Rounding out the top five are Kim Kardashian and Kanye West.

Despite their separation, they remain one of the most influential couples thanks to their luxurious wedding, held at the historic Forte di Belvedere in Florence, Italy, in May 2014.

“The event continues to draw attention with an average monthly Google search volume of 4 251, 1 953 Instagram posts and a TikTok view count of 37 200 000,” the researchers said.

Paris Hilton and Carter Reum, Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker, Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker, Prince William and Kate Middleton and Simone Biles and Jonathan Owens’ weddings round off the top 10 most influential celebrity weddings over the past few years.

A Fresha spokesperson added that celebrity weddings continue to captivate millions of people worldwide, from the fashion and décor choices to the themes and location, which many prospective brides use to inspire their own weddings.

“The high social media engagement and Google search interest for weddings that were a couple of years ago shows how deeply the public is connected to these couples and how they still prove a source of inspiration for this upcoming wedding season,” the spokesperson said.

“It will also be interesting to see which upcoming nuptials bump others off the list over the next year, with all eyes on high-profile couples like Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce and Sabrina Carpenter and Barry Keoghan.”
