This weekend in Joburg is a mix of family fun, fast cars and fitness. Here are some of the top events to enjoy this weekend:

Rendezvous Pop-Up Eid Edit

In the lead-up to the sacred season of Ramadan and then Eid, the Rendezvous Pop-Up returns to Summer Place with its Eid Edit event.

It will feature a variety of fashion, lifestyle and kids’ vendors to shop from, live entertainment, food, drinks and desserts and a kids’ corner.

Where: Summer Place in Hyde Park.

When :Saturday, February 7, from 10am to 10pm and Sunday, February 8, from 11am to 6pm.

Rand Club Classic & Sports Car Breakfast Run

Those with a classic car (built more than 25 years ago), as well as a sports car, are invited for a short drive.

Proceedings will start with coffee at 8.30am at the Rosso Auto Sport (Ferrari). The semi-convoy will then depart at 9.15am for the Rand Club clubhouse, where everyone can enjoy a meal.

Where: Start at Rosso Auto Sport (Ferrari), 18 Ealing Crescent (off Main Road), Bryanston.

When: Saturday, February 7, from 8.30am to 11am.

Fourways Rustic and Gourmet Market

Indulge in all things local, sustainable and delicious at this event where you can also enjoy live music.

The highlight will be the selection of gourmet food and drinks and delightful sweet treats. There will also be arts and crafts, organic produce, thrift clothing, handmade jewellery and beauty products on sale.

Where: Design Quarter Piazza in Sandton.
