Award-winning musician Vusi Nova had his fans wondering if they missed the announcement of his death when they saw videos of what appeared to be his funeral circulating online.
Fans can hold the panic as the videos were merely behind-the-scenes videos from the set of Nova’s music video for his upcoming single “When I die”.
Filmed at Fourways Memorial, the music video had a funeral theme for the song "When I Die," unreleased. He is basically playing out how he wants his funeral to be.
The music video funeral featured Nova’s celebrity friends like award-winning presenter Moshe Ndiki, who even gave a tearful speech. Popular funeral parlour iCebolethu was seen in the videos.
While the funeral theme is for entertainment, many did side eye the concept, saying that the musician was playing with death.
Many were wondering how Nova convinced his friends to be a part of the music video. Nova also posted a video, sparking more reactions from his followers.
