Grammy-winning artist Mariah Carey had X users singing her praises after completing a task that might just belong in the Guinness Book of World Records.

Carey took to social media platform, X, and shared that she summited the Great Wall of China in heels.

“At the Great Wall of China! Someone should’ve warned me about heels 👠 (not that I would’ve listened),” Carey posted.

The songstress completed the climb with her twins Monroe and Moroccan by her side in the Huairou District of China.

While the accomplishment might seem unbelievable, the post comes with receipts of a video showing the obsessed singer walking on the Great Wall wearing a black dress and black platform heels.

Visiting the iconic tourist attraction is not for the unfit. The Great Wall is 21 196 kilometres in total and has almost over 30 million steps to climb the whole sections of the Great Wall.

However, most travellers just experience about 3 hours of hiking for 4 to 6 kilometres, which is about 5 000 steps.

Commenting on the post, this is what X users had to say.
