Cape Town – After a successful ‘Wild Weekend’ in 2012, Sanbona Wildlife Reserve, near Montagu, together with RaceInterface announces the 2013 ‘Sanbona Forever Wild Weekend’.
The weekend includes mountain bike and trail run races starting from until September 13 -15, 2013.
A portion of all entry fees will be donated to Reach for a Dream and Forever Wild Rhino Protection Initiative.
Participants must be 16 years or older to take part unless partnering with a parent or guardian. Entries open on May 22, 2013 and close on 23 August 2013 or when sold out.
All mountain bike and trail run races will take place on the Sanbona Wildlife Reserve and accommodation is available for participants.
There are three packages available to participants who wish to enter and take part – the ‘Day Visitor Package’ for those who simply wish to spend the day as a participant/spectator, the ‘Camping Package’ for participants wishing to camp on the reserve for the weekend and the ‘Premium Package’ for those that wish to spend two nights at Gondwana Lodge, which is ideal for families.
These accommodation and day packages are also available to spectators at a reduced rate who wish to support their partners entering the race.
