Opposition parties say eThekwini’s water crisis was self-created

Leading the charge was the DA which said the worsening of the water crisis in the municipality was due to the leadership’s failure to mitigate their own water losses and were now forcing consumers to bear the brunt of years of mismanagement of this critical unit.
