Baby Jake Matlala has died - report

Johannesburg - SA boxing champ Baby Jake Matlala has died at the age of 51, a report said

According to EWN, he died at the Charlotte Maxeke Academic Hospital on Saturday morning.

Matlala, a former WBO, WBU and IBA flyweight and light flyweight world champion, was the shortest boxing world champion ever, standing at height of 1.47 metres.

In 2010, he was sick and reported to be bankrupt.- IOL
