December is in sight and many places are winding down from a tough year. However, we do still have a good few months before the builders’ holidays begin and, with the prospect of tourism picking up, many people will be freshening up their holiday lets. It’s been a tough time for hotels (many shut down due to prolonged antiCovid-19 strategies which saw international borders closed) and also for those who usually make their money from Airbnb or short-term holiday lets.
