You can always enlarge, modernise or improve a property in years to come – which can be a great experience and fun putting your own stamp on it and enhancing the value without over-capitalising.

A:I would suggest buying off plan in a good area to enter the market. Another option is to look at buying a micro-apartment. Microliving apartments are attractively priced for their location, allowing young people to get their foot on the property ladder.
