Newlands Peak is the most significant and progressive project Rawson Developers has launched to date, says the group’s Brad Morgan.
“We’ve really pushed the envelope in terms of modern architectural design, incorporating emerging global trends in both aesthetics and layout.”
The 11-storey, pet-friendly building is one of the largest of its kind in the neighbourhood. Its bold, geometric – yet surprisingly light and airy – exterior fits seamlessly into its leafy surroundings. This sensitive interplay between contemporary design, natural light and green spaces is a key component of Newlands Peak’s design, and is an integral element in all 232 units as well as their luxurious, shared entertainment spaces and amenities.
The elegant rooftop deck will have a fitness centre and two heated pools. A landscaped atrium and spacious balconies will flow off every apartment. While the top two floors are reserved for expansive, three-bedroom, super-luxury penthouses, the development will also offer a small selection of cutting-edge, 29m² to 40 m² (excluding balconies) micro-apartments.
Newlands Peak will feature a ground floor coffee shop, restaurant and laundromat. The entire development is energy-efficient and sustainability-focused, and boasts state-of-the-art biometric access control complemented by 24/7 manned security.
Units include micro, hybrid, and one-bedroom apartments as well as two and three-bedroom apartments. Prices range from R1.35 million to R7.2m.
Prices are VAT inclusive and subject to zero transfer duty. Sales finalised on launch day – scheduled for April 21 – will qualify for a R200 000 early investor discount.
