He says the group has implemented operational, health and hygiene measures to protect staff, clients and the community.
“With the implementation of travel restrictions, we will refrain from meeting any client who is within 14 days of having been out of the country. Our agents and team members have been instructed to do the same if they have travelled.
“We have also instructed our agents not to interact with any team members or clients if they have any cold or flu symptoms until the necessary medical steps have been taken.”
Staff will also avoid personal contact with clients and remain at least a metre away from them.
Clarke says: “We will have sanitisers and ensure that they are used. “Our staff members will ask every client visiting a seller or landlord’s property to make use of sanitising products before entering the property, and to refrain from touching anything while they are at the property.”
