The sale will be a live studio disposal with auctioneer Andrew Miller calling for online bids. On offer are eight well-located and upmarket grade-A office sections in the sectional title office block SS West Palm in Umhlanga’s West Palm Boulevard.
The combined size of the offices is about 1 049m2 , divided into “multiple sections and sizes”, ranging from about 96m2 to 175m2 . Luke Hearn, who is handling the auction for In2assets, says the location is a major attraction.
