A new telephone service for Nedbank`s personal clients has been launched.
Without leaving your office or home, you can now access information about
banking services and products, order cheque books, request statements and
balances, enquire about interest rates and settlement figures and enquire
about a statement entry.
A system of authentication checks has been set up as a security measure to
confirm the identification of the caller. A reference number will be
allocated to the enquiry and all calls will be recorded so that the bank
can trace requests and instructions.
The Client Care Centre will be open
from 7am to 7pm on weekdays and from 7am to 3pm on Saturdays. The number is
