Do not invest in the offerings of Ledimar Financial Services, Ledimar Stock Trading and Ledimar Investment Holdings. The Financial Services Board (FSB) issued an urgent warning late yesterday that the three entities are falsely claiming to have financial services provider licences.
However, none of the entities is authorised to provide financial services, or to sell any investment products to the public, or to receive or hold investment funds from the public, the FSB says.
The companies have offices in Sandton, Johannesburg, Welkom, Klerksdorp, Rustenburg and Mafikeng.
