This August, culinary enthusiasts in Cape Town have a reason to rejoice as Salsify at The Roundhouse prepares to launch its much-anticipated "Salsify and Friends" Sunday lunches. Chef Ryan Cole, the creative force behind Salsify, will collaborate with a lineup of esteemed chefs for four unforgettable Sunday afternoons.

Reflecting on the upcoming event, Chef Ryan expresses his enthusiasm, stating, "Four Sundays, four lunches and four amazing chefs that I am lucky to call friends – no smoke, no mirrors, just real cooking."

Throughout August 2024, Salsify will host a stellar roster of culinary talents. Joining Chef Ryan Cole are Johannes Richter from The LivingRoom at Summerhill Guest Estate, Mmabatho Molefe from Emalzulwini, Vusi Ndlovu of Edge Restaurant, and Kobus van der Merwe from Wolfgat.
