Whether creating laughs on stage during his stand-up comedy act or playing the cute and funny - yet mostly annoying - Maxime in Generations, there is no denying that Al Prodgers has a strong presence.

And it seems the international comedy circuit agrees. Al was nominated by his peers to represent South Africa at the Yuk Yuk's Great Canadian Laugh Off which is a global comedy competition that will take place at the end of March in Toronto, Canada.

Besides frequently being spotted at the Smirnoff International Comedy Festival, Prodgers has been to the Grahamstown Festival Fringe to perform his highly successful one-man shows.
