Grimes has publicly pleaded with her ex Elon Musk to stop ignoring their child's "medical crisis".
The Canadian singer, 36, took to X on Thursday to ask for a response from the tech billionaire, with whom she has three children.
"Plz respond about our child's medical crisis (sic)," Grimes pleaded in a series of now-deleted posts.
She continued: "I am sorry to do this publicly but it is no longer acceptable to ignore this situation. This requires immediate attention."
The “Genesis” hitmaker did not specify which of her children was experiencing the medical emergency or what was wrong.
The pair, who dated on and off between 2018 and 2022, share three children; X Æ A-Xii, four, Exa Dark Sideræl, three, and Techno Mechanicus, two.
Grimes, 36, went on to suggest that Musk, 53, "hire" someone to discuss the matter with her.
"If you don't want to talk to me can you please designate or hire someone who can so that we can move forward on solving this," she wrote. "This is urgent, Elon."
When an X user later suggested that Grimes go public with her child's medical emergency, she responded, "I'm not giving any details but he won't respond to texts call or emails and has skipped every meeting and our child will suffer life long impairment if he doesn't respond asap."
The musician added: "So I need him to f**king respond and if I have to apply public pressure then I guess that's where we're at."
Another fan then asked Grimes if she had taken her child to a paediatrician, to which she replied, "Yes."
Musk, who owns X, has not publicly responded to his ex-partner's pleas.
Grimes' tweets come days after influencer Ashley St Clair claimed to have given birth to Elon's 13th child. He has yet to address the claim.
